Royal Brewery Bistro

Royal Plaza is one of my favorite when it comes to great food and ambiance. Hotel The Royal Plaza has introduced another party destination ‘Royal Brewery Bistro’ to celebrate the upcoming merriment in lavish style. This new bistro will be open for customers from 12 pm to 1 am daily.

It has comfortable seating of a fine dine as well as lounge like. The private cellar has been stocked with over 300 bottles of wine which will be a perfect companion to cherish moments with friends over good food, conversations, and laughter. A poolside view has added another interesting factor. The large TV screens will also provide you an option to party while watching your favorite sport or world cup matches with your group of friends and family. Its a really chilled out place.

The outlet will be serving a wide variety of fresh craft beers, RBB signature cocktails, and mocktails that will make your evenings astonishing. There is also a European plant for brewery, which will become operational in the near future. The menu has been prepared by the ‘Executive Chef Atul Mishra’ who will provide you the best food on your plate. The menu has been filled with delectable delights with a variety ranging from freshly made pizzas to the mouth-watering Australian lamb chops, from scrumptious shrimp to avocado salads, divine desserts, and many more surprises to give your taste buds a blast full of flavours.

Coming to food, I had a lot of food here my favorites here being,

From around the world section, I had-

House special pizza- Topped with onions, black olives, sun dried tomatoes , mushrooms and green chilies. It was a thin crust pizza with an ample amount of cheese on it. Absolutely loved it.

Pasta Al Salmon- It was very creamy and cheesy made from smoked salmon and corn.

Pasta pollo Ed Asparagi- Pasta in ricotta cheese basil, sun dried tomatoes, pine nuts and in olive oil. It was mildly spiced and really delicious.

Tacos- They’re from Mexico, hard shells loaded with cheese and vegetable mix. Generally  its loaded with kidney beans and are spicy, here they were quite different.

New Zealand Lamb Chops- I didn’t like it, didn’t suit my palate at all.

Almond crusted norwegian steak- Crushed almond wrapped Salmon and was served with exotic vegetables. Salmon was soft and the almonds gaved it a perfect crunch. The texture of this dish was beautiful.

Coming to the deserts, I had the tasting platter consisting of  Mocha Pots de Creme, Mango Basil Vacherin, Chocolate fantasy platter and lemon berry savarin.
