The cove at Radisson BLU faridabad is one such place where people can find solace and a good ambience after rough working hours. The hospitality is more than welcoming and is a safe haven for people who want a quality evening with distinguished crowd.
Recently I visited The Cove and enjoyed some amazing grills and beer as the Oktoberfest is being celebrated at this wonderful bar.
The chef has done an amazing job with a variety of grill items like, pork sausage, chicken sausage, lamb shanks with rosemary. Some Indian grills as well represented by delicious chicken and mutton kebabs , grilled to perfection and packed with flavour.
I really enjoyed some of the vegetarian grills as well for example the Paneer grill , mushroom and zucchini grills. They went excellent with a pint of Bira white and Bira blonde. The flagship beer being given at the cove for Oktoberfest.
One ought to visit the beautiful lounge come bar if you happen to be in faridabad. It will be a memorable experience.
