Indigo Delicatessen is a American and European cuisine fine dine restaurant at Cyber hub. In between a lot of buzz at cyber hub this restaurant totally stands apart with full concentration on there food and beverages.
The restaurant has a small outdoor seating as well as a large indoor seating. They’ve got a vast bread and sandwich counter just as you enter this place, coming forward you’ll notice a Ā beautiful dessert counter having over 20 types of desserts and ice creams as you walk forward comes the bar.
As we got seated by the staff, we were asked about our preferences and allergies. After knowing all about it, the chef personally visited our table and told us a bit about the menu. We ordered the following-
Caesar Salad- Roman lettuce, chicken and bread chunks tossed in a good caesar dressing. The veggies tasted fresh and the salad was a overall hit.
Seriously sloppy joe- A flavorful filling of chunks of chicken in between fresh crusty baguette. This is a new change to the boring old sandwiches.
Crispy chicken burger- Mini sliders with a crispy and juicy chicken patty.
Wafer thin crust pizza- One of the best Pizza’s I’ve ever had. I had a half and half pizza, half was Roasted chicken and half was BBQ chicken. The base was the thinnest ever and had a perfect crisp with the toppings heavy and delicious. Totally Recommend!
Lemon butter prawns- Soft prawns dipped in lemon butter were fine and didn’t suit my palate much.
Coming to my favorite department, DESSERTS-
Gooey brownie- So the brownie looked very normal from the counter but once it was heated and served it looked so dreamy. It was served with ice cream and tasted so good, heaven for chocolate lovers.
Lemon pie- The lemon pie according to me was quite hard and didn’t break easily with a spoon. However, it tasted great.
For drinks, I loved the raspberry ice tea very refreshing and new.
The service here is really quick and the staff and management really take good care of us. They made sure our meal here was a happy meal. I’m definitely coming back here for the awesome pizza’s and desserts.
